September 2024 was a major platform-expansion window for TraderX.

Several streams converged:

* Initial conversion of main services for build/deploy progression (`#206`).
*   CI and image-scanning hardening (`#222`, `#227`).
* Improved Kubernetes local developer experience (`#232`).
*   Radius deployment/modeling contributions landed (`#204`).

This period demonstrated both potential and tension:

* Potential: TraderX could support richer runtime paths and platform abstraction experiments.
* Tension: each new path increased maintenance complexity and branching pressure.

In hindsight, this was one of the strongest signals that we needed a better way to model parallel and sometimes competing paths without forcing all outcomes into one evolving code line.

That signal directly influenced the later shift to state-based spec-first generation.
