## Acceptance Criteria

*   PostgreSQL container becomes healthy and reachable in compose runtime.
*   Baseline schema + seed data are present after startup.
*   Account/position/trade-processor service flows pass baseline smoke checks.
*   Ingress and UI baseline checks remain functional.
